Ruff ReadersAll Kent District Library & Grand Rapids Public Library Locations Ruff Readers allows children who can read to have the opportunity to pair up with a dog for a 15 minute animal assisted reading sessions. West Michigan Therapy Dogs and their handlers provide an encouraging and non-judgmental environment to help children develop their confidence in reading. Registration is required.
